Overland Corner

We left Moorook on the Monday and went to a spot we have been before a gravel pit ( not in camp books ) it over looks overland corner pub the water is up because the Murray is full. The trees round the pub the next set of trees is near the bank of the Murray proper and the tree line after that is the opposite bank so that will give you some idea I hope how much water is around
Moorook

Even our little dog sc got in on the yabbie act she got this one out of the bucket her self guess she wished to see what all the fuss was about
Well this what we meant when we said things could not get much better well they did get better we got given  heap of Yabbies . Then I went out in the boat and got Heaps more so we had a top spot and a great few feeds as well and just over the road from the camp ground is a friendly little club cold beer and great meals  tell you Moorook is marked as  dam fine spot in our book

Along the way we stopped and had coffee at this spot Big bend on the Murray it is between Mannum and Blanchtown
This is the out look we had while we were at Mannum sitting beside our motor home ,we were very sad to leave but not for that price
We arrived at Mannm at the free camp on the river we had planned to spend a few days here looking at the Murray and to enjoy looking at the water etc but it is now Ten dollars a night as it turned out we were there for the last of the free time so as we had to pay the next night we made up our mind to go
